Whole Smoked Turkey (chilled or hot off the smoker on Thursday), 2 pints of gravy, choice of 2 half-pan sides, 1 half-pan Hogfat Cornbread with cinnamon honey butter, and 1 half-pan Rum Raisin Bread Pudding with caramel.
