We're hosting our first guest chef takeover, and we can't think of a better way to kick off this series. Our friend Aki Kinnunen has traveled all the way from Finland, where he owns and operates one of Finland's only (and arguably best) Texas BBQ joints—Miller's BBQ. He escaped subzero temps to come endure a Texas "winter" (he's legit been sweating for the past month) and honing his Texas BBQ skills in Houston and Austin.

He'll be serving Texas Wagyu two ways with forest flavors and bone marrow sauce, foie gras, winter truffles and some of his favorite items from his mom's garden in Finland ($62)! This dish will be available March 12 5-9pm, in addition to our regular menu. To guarantee availability, we suggest pre-ordering the dish and then come in any time between 5pm and 9pm to dine in.
