We’ll kick things off with some seriously delicious bites sizzling over an open fire, paired with cocktails that pack a punch from Basil Hayden and a tasting of small batch tequila from Joe Pat of Penta Tequila.

Once you’ve whetted your appetite, we’ll sit down for a four-course feast crafted by the brilliant Chef Erin Feges and Chef Sasha Grumman. Each dish is a story on a plate, thoughtfully paired with wines that’ll make your taste buds sing from Poggio Costa, The Pairing, and The Hilt Estate, led by our favorite wine partner, Natalie Vaclavik!

After the dinner we'll be heading over to the After Party at Neon Boots (11410 Hempstead Hwy) to enjoy live music by Sara Van Buskirk and dance the night away!
