We're cooking with more than 40 of the brightest stars in the culinary world, including Tom Colicchio, Andrew Zimmern, Brooke Williamson, Aaron Franklin, and Dawn Burrell, at Houston's annual Southern Smoke Festival. As always, they'll have beer, wine, and spirits, live music, and a silent auction with proceeds benefiting Southern Smoke's Emergency Relief Fund.
