Learn to smoke meats from a pro at Feges BBQ Summer Camp cooking class. We'll focus on our favorites—brisket, ribs, and whole hog, and we'll share our tips on wood, smokers, rubs, and sauces.

Tickets are $450 each and include BBQ taco breakfast, Cambrian coffee, and a Feges BBQ lunch spread. Each participant will take home a custom slicing knife, a Feges BBQ shirt, custom apron, rubs, sauces, and BBQ in bulk (2 lbs sliced brisket, 1 rack of ribs, and 1 lb whole hog).
